Before now, many Nigerians categorize cassava as a low value farm product, not until when we have all identified the inevitable importance from this product, ranging from cassava flour, Garri, starch, and even introduce waste to wealth approach of using the cassava peels for livestock feeds; being one of the major ingredients. We therefore tap into this opportunity to make agriculture more sustainable, environmental friendly and profitable for all stakeholder across the cassava value chain.
